14 Dec: Spree closed. Consolidating orders and verifying payments

21 Dec: I have paid BIGI for the price of the bags. Some OOS items. Will sort things out when I free over this weekend and make the necessary for spree-ers who burst my cap.
28 Dec: 11 bags under re-stocking. Sorry due to festive season, very busy for me to sit down in front of pc to sort the refunds. WIll try to do so asap.

Supplier send out 2 boxes of bags. Only 1 box reached me on Sat. Got me so worried! I checked with Singpost, there is still another parcel at the processing centre. I believe it will be delivered to me this week. So be kindly patient~

Impatient me called up Singpost but could not get thru. I been trying the whole morning!!! WIll continue to call them. Meanwhile I will sort out that parcel that is in my home first so that some spree-ers can get the bags first instead of waiting. I called SIngpost umpteen times but no one pick up. Seems the customer service is forever busy. ALternatively, I have dropped an email to them. Hopefully they reply my email!!

I sent them at least 3 emails but no reply. Online system showed that the bags are going back to Taiwan!!!! I tried very hard calling Singpost whole day and finally get through. The customer service officer asked me not to worry as the goods are still in their warehouse. They took down my phone number and mailing address and promised to arrange another delivery. Fingers crossed~

I am sorry for so many things cropped up in this spree which is out of my control. I will try very hard to resolve it and hope we get our bags soon!

Super upset. BIGI make a mistake and quote me a wrong shipping price. I paid and the goods is sent out. It is by sea shipment instead of the air shipment which I initially opt for. Partly my fault that I should have questioned them when I see the shipping price so much cheaper. I paid without second tots. Goods sent out already and they are unable to call it back.

Sea shipment will take 20-40days to reach Singapore. Kindly wait patiently. I will not be updating anymore until goods reach my house.

BIGI send out parcel thru speedpost instead of the usual mail. I have to request the parcel to be transferred to Serangoon Post office I can collect it. Made a wasted trip on Sat. I have request parcel to be transferred and applied leave to collect on Wed (troublesome cos this Sat is Vesak day and post office not open).

Usually taiwan supplier like to hide cash in the clothes parcel as refund. This is my first time dealing with such this. Agency said they will charge extra NTD50 handling charge if I request them to open the parcel to "look" for cash. So I requested them not and will see how when I receive the parcel.

Supplier will send out parcel to agency these few days.

10 Jul - Spree Opens
14 Jul - Spree closed. WIll verify payments tonight
15 Jul - Payments verified. Order placed.
17 Jul - Orders confirmed. Will be sending out payment this coming Sat
19 Jul - Payment sent to agency via registered mail. Waiting agency to confirm receipt of payment.
22 Jul - Agency paid the supplier (even tho he has not received my money to him through post). \(^_^)/

24 Jul - Agency received payment. All stocks in. Supplier will ship to agency asap. (Hope to receive the clothes real real soon!!! )

28 Jul - Supplier has sent the parcel to agency. Waiting for agency to advise receipt and postage :)

29 Jul - Agency said our parcel is mailed out. Waiting!!

1 Aug - Received Tracking Number. CC087992562TW (Items on the way~)

2 Aug - Parcel came!! Mass emailed. Please check your emails (incl your junk/spam folder). If any spree-ers did not receive my email. Please email me ok~
